“Serving Sardines” Sardine by Bordallo Pinheiro

And why aren’t the “garçons”—as they’re called in the author’s native Brazil—properly valued? *Serving Sardines* pays a well-deserved tribute to these women and men who work tirelessly so that we can all enjoy the finest delicacies. Including, of course, those much-loved sardines!

Each sardine comes in individual packaging designed to look like newspaper, which also contains a list of the complete collection and a short history of each of the sardines in the collection.
