Sardine “Almond Tree in Bloom” Bordallo Pinheiro

It’s April, spring has arrived, and with it the flowers are blooming. None are more beautiful or representative of the season than the almond blossom, which blooms in Portugal. The spring sardine features a branch of almond blossom running the length of the body, like the spine of a fish.

Each sardine comes in individual packaging designed to look like newspaper, which also contains a list of the complete collection and a short history of each of the sardines in the collection.
